Educational qualifications
Candidate should be a graduate in any discipline.
Financial qualifications
The individual should possess the ability to mobilise resources through internal and
external means. They should have the capability to personally invest around 50-
60 percent of the total project cost.
Business experience and skills |
a. The individual should possess 1-3 years experience in any functional area, preferably at
middle management level.
b. Be a First time entrepreneur.
c. Be Self employed.
