New Office, New facilities

Uniabroad recently opened its new office in Bedford. A dramatic increase in demand for Uniabroad’s career oriented courses necessitated the opening of a new bigger and better facility, more than four times the size of the company’s previous office. The strategic location with latest facilities will allow the company to better serve its large student clientele. The new office contains spacious and comfortable training and meeting rooms with facilities like projection equipment, television, photocopying, fax and telephone. The modern office on the first floor will also house the Head Office for Uniabroad’s operations department. The short term programmes offered by Uniabroad will be conducted in the new office premises, which is centrally accessible, well equipped and spacious. “As part of ongoing expansion, Uniabroad is pleased to open its new office in Bedford. The strategic location allows us to better serve our extensive student community,” said Vijay Bhandari, CEO and Managing Director, Uniabroard.

Participation in the Guardian Graduate Fair in June 2010

Uniabroad participated in the widely publicised Job fair in London on 23rd and 24th June. The Guardian Graduate Jobs fair was strategically held at a metropolitan location, the Business Design Centre in London. Uniabroad’s participation was quite noticeable with introduction of new Professional Development Programmes- Technical Analysis Training Programme and Financial Telesales Training Programme. Uniabroad’s stand was teeming with inquisitive aspirants who were especially interested in the prospect of seeking a full-time employment upon completion of our training programmes.

Graduates and Post Graduates found our professional education programmes (SBTP, TATP, FTTP) extremely useful and informative. The emphasis on “Guaranteed Job upon successful completion” struck home among this crowd of potential participants.

Not only were graduates interested, but seasoned and practicing professionals also exhibited keen interest in our programmes. Many of them came from a wide range of backgrounds such as broadcasting, accounting etc. with an inclination to move their careers towards more lucrative job avenues.

The participation in the job fair gave Uniabroad a platform to meet with other educational institutions. Uniabroad is working towards forging professional partnerships with few of those institutes and expand Uniabroad’s presence in the educational field.
