As the front face of the company you will be liaising with Universities, Companies and Institutions to forge mutually beneficial associations and develop marketing, distribution and product partnerships.

Customer Service/Sales Executives

Uniabroad is currently looking to recruit several entry level customer service/sales executives for its sales department, while simultaneously offering opportunities to learn and develop with the company and work towards future roles within the business due to the growth of the department

On a day to day basis the main duties will be:
  • Handling Inbound and Outbound calls.
  • Assessing customers needs
  • Working towards targets
  • Attending customers’ enquires via email and telephone
  • Chasing enquiries and converting prospective customers and partners
  • Maintaining excellent customer relations
  • Uncapped commission, warm sales (no cold calling!)
