After passing an interview conducted by the Uniabroad staff, successful candidates will be inducted into the SBTP programme. The candidates will be given top-level training in compliance, sales and operations where they will learn to effectively use the skills gained in the effective management and implementation of the sales and operations in the trading room.
They will also be trained to pass the appropriate exams to become fully qualified and licensed stockbrokers. Upon completion of a fortnight long training the participants are expected to undergo 24 days of on-the-job sales floor training, which will be the deciding factor in placing the candidate with our partner companies. Once all the CISI exams have been cleared by the candidates, the participants would qualify for a guaranteed placement as a trainee broker.
